Hands of love (HOL) is a social outreach arm under the community Impact Initiative of Kingdom Development Christian Centre, established to provide humanitarian relief (food) to those in need, irrespective of colour, creed or ethnicity.
Started December 2013 at the inception of the ministry, we distributed food to twenty-five (25) families; including the elderly, single parents and widows, in 2014 we increased to fifty (50) families.
In our last outreach we ministered to a 99 year old woman, it was such a joy to see the expression on her face. Our plans going forward with the help of our partners and individuals is to continue with this mission, hoping to bring some relief and joy to those in our community.
Our target is 200 families in three installments of the outreach throughout the year. We invite you to be part of this life changing initiative, bringing hope and succour to the families in need. Our ultimate vision is to have a food kitchen/bank to serve the community.
Spreading His Love,
“For when I was hungry, you gave me food; when thirsty, you gave me drink; when I was a stranger, you took me into your home; when naked, you clothed me; when I was ill, you came to my help; when in prison, you visited me.” Matt. 25: 35-36)
